The filing of documents allows you to link each asset to one or more images that were previously saved on the Workstation or on the server.

The utility results from the possibility of saving, for example:

• Scanner obtained copies of documents that formed the asset(such as invoices, storage samplings, orders, receipts etc.).


• To link drawings (of a particular part of the asset or of a system, etc.)


• To link the picture of the asset

In the system setting it is possible to indicate the path of standard location of images (i.e. serverimages);
in the function of inserting and updating of the asset it is possible to create a link to one or more images, just by clicking on the "image" button.
The function "delete asset" is going to delete also the link to any images.
